I can't remember the site password. Where can I find it?

The site password is contained within the manual of materials you received from Wescott Professional Publications. The site password is contained in the section of those materials that describes how to access this online exam.

How do I start taking the exam?

Enter the exam site password on the homepage. If this is the first time you have used this exam site, fill out the subsequent registration form. If you are a returning user and remember your account information, you can also enter your account username and password at the top of the registration page to have your account flagged as approved for the exam you wish to access. Upon submittal, you will be forwarded to a page on which a link to the exam is accessible. Click that link to begin the exam.

How do I earn CME credit and get my certificate of participation?

If you are on this Web site, then you should have already completed the homestudy portion of this CME program. After you complete and pass the online exam presented on this Web site and complete a post-activity evaluation, you will be able to access your CME certificate online and print it out for your records. In the future, if you return and log into this site, your transcript will provide a link to return you to the CME certificate for this program.

Do I have to attain a passing score on the exam?

Yes, a passing score for the exam is 70% or higher. If you pass the exam your first time through, you will receive your score after submitting the final answer. If you do not pass the exam the first time, you will NOT receive your score, but you will be prompted to attempt the exam a second time. If you do not pass on your second attempt, you will be prompted to contact Wescott Professional Publications for further information.

Can I pause the exam and complete it later?

Yes, you can. To pause, simply exit the exam by shutting down your browser. When you return to this site and sign in with your username and password, you will see a link to proceed and complete the rest of the exam.

I lost my CME certificate. How can I receive another one?

Simply sign in and click on the Transcript menu button. You will see a listing of all CME certificates you earn from taking exams on this site. You can access and print these certificates as many times as you need to.

I'm having technical issues. How can I receive tech support?
